Return and exchange policy
To benefit from return, exchange, and warranty services, you must bring the original invoice or the one sent by email.
The customer has the right to exchange products within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition in the same condition as when purchased with all its accessories.
Mal Store has the right to cancel any customer"s order in the event of a defect in the site or due to an error in the mentioned price or the expiration of the product"s stock and return the amount to the customer on his bank account or on his card, and the customer has no right to demand the provision of the product.
If the product to be replaced is not available at the company’s main headquarters in Dammam or through the website, the customer will be contacted to obtain his permission if he wants another product.

The delivery method for shipping companies is agreed with the customer with the customer service team according to the policy of each city and where the product was purchased from. The policy is canceled if the customer does not deliver the product to the shipping company during this period.
